目的探讨中小企业职业病危害个人防护用品使用情况。方法选取深圳市宝安区西乡街道的19家中小企业作为研究对象。采用调查表法进行调查并对结果进行统计学分析。结果收回合格调查表4 522份,答卷有效率为97.92%。中型企业防护措施配备及定期检测情况优于小型企业。中型和小型企业职工PPE产品使用的各种情况比较,各有优劣,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。制药、电子、制鞋三大行业4类PPE产品配备率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),制药行业配备较为理想;从企业规模看,中小企业配备均不理想。各类企业应急用呼吸防护用品配备率较低。职工户口所在地、培训状况、企业对劳动监督情况、工龄等因素是防护用品使用的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论调查区域内中小企业职业病危害个人防护用品情况还存在不足,应加强对各类企业,尤其是制鞋、电子行业的宣传教育,增强企业职业危害个人防护用品、PPE产品的配置率和定期维修,减少职业病危害因素对劳动者健康的影响。 Objective To explore the use of personal protective equipment for occupational hazards in small and medium-sized enterprises. Methods Nineteen SMEs in Xixiang Street, Bao’an District, Shenzhen City were selected as research objects. Surveys were conducted using questionnaires and the results were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 4 522 questionnaires were returned and the response rate was 97.92%. Medium-sized enterprises equipped with protective measures and regular testing is better than small businesses. The PPE products used by workers in both medium and small-sized enterprises had different advantages and disadvantages, all of which had statistical significance (P <0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the provision rate of 4 types of PPE products between the three major industries such as pharmaceuticals, electronics and shoemaking (P <0.05), and the pharmaceutical industry was better equipped. From the scale of the enterprises, the distribution of SMEs was not satisfactory. Various types of emergency respiratory protection equipment with a lower rate. The location of employee accounts, training status, business supervision of workers, length of service and other factors are the factors that affect the use of protective equipment (P <0.05). Conclusion The situation of personal protective equipment for occupational hazards of SMEs in the surveyed area is still inadequate. The publicity and education on various types of enterprises, especially footwear and electronics industries, should be strengthened to enhance the occupational hazards of personal protective equipment and PPE products, as well as the regular maintenance of PPE products , To reduce the impact of occupational hazards on the health of workers.
