塔式起重机在大坝建设、工厂施工、高层建筑施工等得到广泛的应用。根据欧美、日本等国的资料可以看出塔机的发展动向:a.从小到大,起重能力己从20tm发展到25000tm,起重臂长度从24m发展到100m,最大幅度时的起重量从0.8t发展到80t;b.生产各种不同结构型式的起重机,有的设有高速运转的机构,有的设有司机专用电梯和电缆卷筒等;c.采用组合式设计方法。各种机构或部件尽量实现标准化、通用化、系列 Tower cranes in the dam construction, factory construction, high-rise building construction has been widely used.
