目的检测超排卵过程中卵泡液中胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ水平,探讨其与卵子受精、胚胎发育的关系。方法对因输卵管因素进行辅助生殖技术治疗的患者监测其受精率、优质胚胎形成率及妊娠情况,用放射免疫法测定其卵泡液中胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)及雌二醇(E2)的水平,比较它们之间有无相关性。结果IGF-Ⅰ及E2的水平与受精率之间呈明显的正相关关系,优质胚胎形成率随IGF-Ⅰ及E2的水平的增高而升高,但二者之间无明显的相关性。妊娠组IGF-Ⅰ及E2水平明显高于未妊娠组。结论超排卵时卵泡液中IGF-Ⅰ及E2的水平与卵子受精及胚胎发育密切相关。
Objective To detect the level of insulin - like growth factor - Ⅰ in follicular fluid during the process of superovulation and to explore its relationship with fertilization and embryo development. Methods The fertilization rate, quality embryogenesis rate and pregnancy status were monitored in patients undergoing assisted reproductive technology due to fallopian tube. The levels of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ (IGF-Ⅰ) and estradiol E2) levels, comparing whether there is any correlation between them. Results There was a positive correlation between IGF-Ⅰ and E2 levels and fertilization rate. The rate of high-quality embryogenesis increased with the increase of IGF-Ⅰ and E2 levels, but there was no significant correlation between them. The levels of IGF-Ⅰ and E2 in pregnancy group were significantly higher than those in non-pregnancy group. Conclusion The level of IGF-Ⅰ and E2 in follicular fluid during ovulation is closely related to fertilization and embryo development.
