高职院校的班主任是班级的管理者和组织者,是维护班级正常教学秩序,规范学生行为,保障学生身心健康发展的重要因素。具体的说,班主任在班级中的管理工作组主要是教学管理、学生纪律管理等。在新时期背景下,随着我国高职教育的不断发展,高职院校的学生越来越多,而且学生的多样性和个体性越来越明显,对班主任的班级管理要求也就更高。所以,高职版主任就应该积极地进行自身思想品质,管理素养的提升,在班级管理过程中不断完善学风建设,促进学生积极地参与到学习中,保障学生的思想行为规范。本篇文章主要针对高职班主任工作策略方法进行相应的研究的探讨,希望班主任在实施管理的过程中,利用科学、合理的方法进行班级管理,提高管理质量。
The teacher in higher vocational colleges is the manager and organizer of the class, which is an important factor to maintain the normal teaching order, standardize student behavior and protect students’ physical and mental health.
