微机多功能实时检测处理系统是为我国第一台亚临界自然循环卧式单汽包燃煤锅炉研制的,以微机为基础的实时数据采集处理系统。该系统能带分布在200多米范围内的多种传感器,并且有数百个数据检测通道。系统具有较丰富的处理功能,在易于扩充、方便用户使用等方面具有较大的灵活性。本文介绍了该系统软件的结构、模块划分、工作方式及其功能设置;文中涉及了实时软件设计中的具体构思与实践,简述了软件实现中心的一些考虑。
The multi-function real-time computer processing system is a computer-based real-time data acquisition and processing system developed for our country’s first sub-critical natural circulation horizontal single drum coal-fired boiler. The system can be distributed with more than 200 meters in a variety of sensors, and there are hundreds of data detection channels. System has a wealth of processing capabilities, easy to expand, user-friendly and so has greater flexibility. This paper introduces the structure of the system software, module division, working methods and function settings; the paper involves the specific ideas and practices in the design of real-time software, and briefly describes some considerations of the software implementation center.
