A survey was conducted on the wrist and shoulder disorders of women workers in 149 poultry processing factories. The results showed that the total incidence of OCD, (periarthritis of shoulder, ulnar tunnel syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, tenosynovitis, medial and lateral humeral epicondylitis) was 39.60% in the occupational neck and shoulder wrist disease group in the observation group, compared with the control group The difference was significant (P <0.01), and its incidence was related to length of service, age and type of work. In our opinion, the occupational risk factors of OCD are mainly repetitive exertion of upper limbs, static work and unreasonable operating posture, and the working environment of low temperature and high temperature also plays a role in promoting the occurrence of OCD.
