近期调查发现在农村,特别是经济比较落后、交通不便的贫困地区,妇幼卫生状况仍比较差,儿童常见病发病率和婴幼儿的死亡率都较高。在一些边远贫困山区县,婴儿死亡高达68%以上。为了在较短的时间内,以较快的速度降低婴幼儿的死亡率,达到“人人享有卫生保健”的目标,必须因地制宜
Recent surveys have found that maternal and child health conditions are still relatively poor in rural areas, especially in poorly-developed and inaccessible poverty-stricken areas. The incidence of common childhood diseases and infant and young child mortality are still high. In some remote and impoverished mountain counties, infant deaths are as high as 68% or more. In order to reduce the infant mortality rate in a relatively short period of time and achieve the goal of “universal access to health care”, we must adapt to local conditions
