眩晕是临床常见的症状之一,其中部分眩晕病人是癫痫所致。但临床报告尚少。为引起对此类病人的注意,特将我们于1987~1989年所见5例报告如下。例1 患者男15岁,无明显诱因地眩晕发作两年。自觉自身和周围物体晃动感,伴有恶心,有时呕吐。无耳鸣、耳聋。持续5~10min,间歇期完全正常。每月发作4~5次。内科、神经科、耳鼻喉科各项检查均正常。脑电图所见:两半球α节律失调,散在性θ波达25%以上,呈广泛中度异常。CT、CSF检查正常。诊断:眩晕性癫痫。投丙戊酸钠0.2g,3次/d,连服1个月,发作次数减少至消失。
Vertigo is one of the common clinical symptoms, some of which are caused by epilepsy patients with vertigo. But few clinical reports. To draw the attention of such patients, we report the following five cases we saw in 1987-1989. Example 1 The patient was 15 years old and had a vertigo onset of two years without obvious predisposition. Self consciously and around the object swaying, accompanied by nausea, sometimes vomiting. No tinnitus, deafness. Continuous 5 ~ 10min, intermittent period completely normal. Attack 4 to 5 times per month. Internal medicine, neurology, otolaryngology various tests are normal. EEG seen: the two hemispheres α rhythm disorders, diffuse θ wave more than 25%, showed a wide range of moderate abnormalities. CT, CSF examination was normal. Diagnosis: vertigo epilepsy. Casting sodium valproate 0.2g, 3 times / d, and even served 1 month, the number of seizures reduced to disappear.
