氨茶碱为临床常用药物，其不良反应以心血管系统和消化系统为多见。近1年来我们遇到5例老年男性患者应用氨茶碱（武汉制药厂生产）后出现急性尿糖留。现报告如下。5例均为60岁以上的慢性阻塞性肺部疾病（COPD）患者，其中3例有肺心病。人院前均无急性尿潴因病史，给予氨茶碱后 Aminophylline is a commonly used clinical drug, its adverse reactions to the cardiovascular system and digestive system is more common.
