近些年来,医疗行业的医患关系日趋紧张,甚至有的闹的不可开交?医生和病人之间缺乏基本的信任和理解,随着医疗纠纷的增多,医院正常的医疗秩序被打乱,执业环境的恶化,医护人员成为高危职业再次走进公众视野。为了调和这一矛盾,努力构建和谐的医患关系,我院于2010年11月成立了投诉科。据统计,截止到2011年末,共接待处理各类投诉事件84起。其中
