英国温切斯特消息:根据英国一项新研究,心绞痛患者由于受到冬季气候的不良影响,用钙拮抗剂比用β阻滞剂治疗效果更佳。心得安与硝苯吡啶的对比试验证明,硝苯吡啶占一定优势。在New castle医院进行实验时,心绞痛患者在装有冷风机的大冷库中,在冬季的条件下做踏车试验。结果表明,未经治疗时,所有患者在寒冷条件下运动耐受性降低约30％。在病人接受钙拮抗剂或β阻滞剂治疗并在较暖条件下重新运动时,耐受性得到相同程度的改善。
Winchester, United Kingdom: According to a new study in the UK, patients with angina receive better treatment with beta blockers than calcium antagonists due to the adverse winter weather. Comparison of propranolol and nifedipine test proved that nifedipine accounted for certain advantages. In the New Castle Hospital experiment, angina patients in a large refrigerator with a cold air cooler in winter conditions to do treadmill test. The results showed that in untreated patients, all patients were reduced in exercise tolerance by about 30% in cold conditions. Tolerance was improved to the same extent when patients were treated with calcium or beta blockers and re-exercised under warmer conditions.
