流感病毒细胞培养阳性相关影响因素分析

目的研究流感病毒细胞分离培养阳性的影响因素。方法收集陕西省2010年-2013年2家流感监测哨点医院的鼻咽拭子标本进行细胞分离培养,用卡方进行影响因素筛选,用Logisitic回归进行影响因素分析。结果共采集2 046份流感样病例标本,经MDCK细胞分离培养共有311份阳性标本,阳性率为15.20%。发病年龄、采样时期、采样到送检时间、不同监测年度、监测医院标本放置温度这些因素对流感病毒分离培养阳性结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。非条件Logistic多因素回归分析显示:采样时期、采样到送检时间、不同监测年度、监测医院标本放置温度是影响流感病毒分离培养阳性结果的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论流感样病例标本采集后应放置在4℃并尽早送到流感实验室进行病毒分离培养,在流感流行时期应尽量多采集标本,可以提高流感病毒的阳性分离率。 Objective To study the influencing factors of positive isolation and culture of influenza virus. Methods Nasopharyngeal swab specimens collected from two influenza surveillance sentinel hospitals in Shaanxi Province during 2010-2013 were collected for cell isolation and screening. Influencing factors were screened by chi-square analysis and influential factors were analyzed by Logistic regression. Results A total of 2 046 influenza-like cases were collected. A total of 311 positive samples were isolated and cultured by MDCK cells. The positive rate was 15.20%. The age, sampling period, sampling time, different monitoring years, monitoring the temperature of the hospital specimens placed on the influenza virus isolation and culture positive results were statistically significant (P <0.05). Non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that sampling time, sampling time, different monitoring years and monitoring the temperature of the specimens in the hospital were the main factors affecting the positive results of influenza virus isolation and culture (P <0.05). Conclusion Influenza-like specimens should be collected at 4 ℃ and sent to the flu laboratory for virus isolation and culture as early as possible. Samples should be collected as often as possible during the influenza epidemic period to improve the positive rate of influenza virus isolation.
