毛细管电泳数据工作站由数据采集卡和系统软件二部分组成 ,由于在软件中采用了最新的分析化学计量学方法 (实时、非实时小波分析 ,样条最小二乘法等 ) ,因此对较大强度的噪声干扰起到了很好的抑制作用。应用于安培检测器的毛细管电泳数据记录结果表明 ,工作站比常用函数记录仪的信噪比提高近 2 0倍 ,具良好的应用前景。
Capillary electrophoresis data workstation data acquisition card and system software consists of two parts, due to the software used in the latest analytical chemometric methods (real-time, non-real-time wavelet analysis, spline least squares, etc.), so the more intense Noise interference played a very good inhibitory effect. The results of capillary electrophoresis data recording used in ampere detector show that the signal to noise ratio of the workstation is nearly 20 times higher than that of the conventional function logger, which has a good application prospect.
