涉检信访工作是检察机关作为国家法律监督机关职能的延伸,也是检察机关参与社会治理,维护社会稳定的重点工作。在当前社会转型的背景下,各类问题矛盾丛生,涉检信访工作面临多方面的挑战。作为司法工作的一线主力,基层检察机关更加直观地感受着来自各方面的压力。问题多、数量大、矛盾化解难等问题大量存在迫使我们不得不反思现行涉检信访工作机制。从案前、案中、案后的全过程打造“防、治、清”的三位一体的工作模式或可成为新的解决途径。 The inspection and petition work for prosecutors and prosecutors is an extension of the procuratorial organs’ functions as the supervisory organ of state law and the key work of procuratorial organs in participating in social governance and maintaining social stability.
