文章基于228家浙江省高新技术企业,考察创新网络、组织学习对于创新绩效的影响机制。在相关研究基础上,建立“创新网络-组织学习-创新绩效”框架模型,通过实证分析验证了相关假设。研究结果显示:企业的创新网络规模、网络中心性能直接促进企业的创新绩效;知识获取、知识利用也能直接促进企业的创新绩效;创新网络能够通过知识获取、知识利用间接地促进企业的创新绩效,由此可见,组织学习对于创新网络和创新绩效起着部分中介作用。
Based on 228 high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province, the article examines the impact of innovation networks and organizational learning on innovation performance. On the basis of relevant research, this paper establishes the framework model of “innovation network-organizational learning-innovation performance”, and verifies the relevant assumptions through empirical analysis. The results show that the innovation network size and network center performance of enterprises directly promote the innovation performance of enterprises. Knowledge acquisition and knowledge utilization can also directly promote the innovation performance of enterprises. Innovative networks can promote the innovation performance indirectly through knowledge acquisition and knowledge utilization , We can see that organizational learning plays a part of the intermediary role for innovation network and innovation performance.
