KRAB/C2H2型锌指蛋白是一类具有重要功能的转录调节因子。初步克隆了一个新的人类KRAB/C2H2型锌指蛋白基因,经国际基因命名委员会批准命名为ZNF569。此基因在基因组DNA上长约56.28 kb。定位于19q13.12.ORF全长2061个碱基,含6个外显子,5个内含子,编码一个长686个氨基酸残基的蛋白质。该蛋白包含一个KRAB结构域和18个锌指结构域。Northern杂交结果表明,ZNF382 mRNA在早期胚胎时期就开始表达,在不同时期人类胚胎组织中广泛表达,包括脑,心脏,肝和骨骼肌。在成人组织中重点表达在心脏,在肝,胰和骨骼肌中也有表达,其结构和表达特征预示着ZNF569在心脏发育和功能的发挥起着潜在的作用。
KRAB / C2H2-type zinc finger protein is a class of transcriptional regulatory factors with important functions. A novel human KRAB / C2H2 zinc finger protein gene was cloned initially and was approved as ZNF569 by the International Committee for Nomenclature of Genes. This gene is about 56.28 kb in length in genomic DNA. Located in 19q13.12.ORF full-length 2061 bases, containing six exons, five introns, encoding a protein of 686 amino acid residues in length. The protein contains one KRAB domain and 18 zinc finger domains. Northern blot results showed that ZNF382 mRNA began to express in early embryos and was widely expressed in human embryos at different stages including brain, heart, liver and skeletal muscle. The expression of ZNF569 in heart and liver, pancreas and skeletal muscle is the main expression in adult tissues. Its structure and expression characteristics indicate that ZNF569 plays a potential role in the development of heart and function.
