旋风切削螺纹因设备简单、工效高、加工成本低而被国内、外不少单位采用。内旋风头与外旋风头相比,具有形差值小、切削振动轻、被加工的螺纹精度高、刀具耐用度高等优点。本文将就提高内旋风螺纹切削头的通用性、刚性和精度,以及在切削大直径(大于70mm)或大螺旋升角(大于10度)的螺纹时减小旋风头体积的措施作一粗浅探讨。图1所示的旋风头结构采用分离传动,旋风部件和电动机3联固在同一个弯形座体35°上。它适用于安装在普通车床上使用,装卸灵活方便。使用时,把车床小刀架拆除,将旋风头安装在中拖板上,用3个螺栓26紧固。安装后,要注意将旋风头刻度值置于零度(刀盘20中心线处于水平位置)时,旋风头刀盘20的
