对老旧小区的绿色改造,是提升人居环境品质、促进节能减排、利于可持续发展的有效举措之一。国外老旧建筑绿色改造的优秀发展理念,为我国老旧小区的绿色改造在一定程度上提供了丰富的理论依据。本文在此基础上以江苏省盐城地区为例,提出以墙体绿化及屋面绿化改造为主的技术方案。 The green renovation of the old residential area is one of the effective measures to enhance the living environment quality, promote energy conservation and emission reduction, and help sustainable development. The outstanding concept of green building renovation of foreign old buildings provides a rich theoretical basis for the green renovation of the old residential areas in our country to a certain extent. Based on this, taking Yancheng area in Jiangsu Province as an example, this paper proposes a technical scheme that is based on the greening of the wall and greening of the roof.
