(一)用感染血吸虫的小白鼠筛药377种中,有效药主要的都是Sb化合物。其中较好的为Sb-34,71,79,82,84,87,88,89,113,133,134,135,136,137,138,139,140等17种。其中9种系甘油酸的Sb化合物。 (二)筛选Sb剂时,3天疗程已能够说明药物是否有效,但停药时间需10—14天,才能够观察到余虫是恢复或消灭。 (三)Sb剂的疗效并非单独取决于其含Sb量,基团改变对于疗效的影响更大。 (四)能抑制血吸虫的非Sb剂中有:胺苯氧烷类 AME-7:(SCH_2COOH)_4Sn锡剂 Sn-18:(SCH_2COOH)_4Sn杀菌剂 M-94:(SCH_2COOH)_4Sn
