前言复合挤压变形方式有多种,如杯—杆型、杯—杯型、杆—杆型、杯—管型、山字型(图1)。其中杯一杆型复合挤压在生产中应用得较为普遍。本文对杯—杆型复合挤压在各种变形程度下进行实测,其挤压材料为、L3、LY11、T2、10钢,得出了不同变形程度下的复合挤压力的变化规律,凸模、凹模单位挤压力的变化规律,以及复合挤压力与纯反挤和纯正挤挤压力,复合挤压时凸模单位挤压力与纯反挤和纯正挤时凸模单位挤压力之间的比值关系,这些参数对实际生产中的工艺设计有较大的指导作用。
