以石油醚 ( 30— 60℃ )—苯—醋酸乙酯—冰醋酸 ( 10∶ 2 0∶ 7∶ 0 .5)为展开剂 ,以硅胶 GF2 54为吸附剂 ,样品测定波长为 2 53nm,参比波长为 360 nm,进行薄层扫描 ,平均回收率为96.14% ,RSD为 0 .144 %。
Using petroleum ether (30-60°C)—benzene-ethyl acetate-glacial acetic acid (10∶20:7:0.5) as developing solvent and silica gel GF2 54 as adsorbent, the sample has a wavelength of 2 53 nm. At a specific wavelength of 360 nm, a thin layer scan was performed with an average recovery of 96.14% and an RSD of 0.144%.
