利用急冷凝固的方法制备Al72.7Ni8.0Co19.3准晶,用X线衍射仪测定Al72.7Ni8.0Co19.3准晶的衍射强度。结果表明在Al72.7Ni8.0Co19.3的准周期面内H方向和K方向都出现了强衍射峰和弱衍射峰。Al72.7Ni8.0Co19.3准晶经过1003 K热处理后,衍射峰的半高宽随Q∥及Q⊥变化而变化,其准点阵平均常数a为6.103 nm,另外准晶在二维等直线图上分布五个方向的衍射强度,这与其理论计算近似晶体的结果相一致,说明了准晶结构向近似晶体结构转化。
The Al72.7Ni8.0Co19.3 quasicrystal was prepared by rapid solidification. The diffraction intensity of Al72.7Ni8.0Co19.3 quasicrystal was measured by X-ray diffractometer. The results show that strong diffraction peaks and weak diffraction peaks appear in both the H and K directions of the quasi-periodic plane of Al72.7Ni8.0Co19.3. After annealing at 1003 K for Al72.7Ni8.0Co19.3 quasicrystal, the full width at half maximum of the diffraction peak changes with Q∥ and Q⊥. The average quasi-lattice constant a is 6.103 nm. In addition, The distribution of the diffraction intensity in five directions is in agreement with the theoretical calculation of the approximate crystal, indicating that the quasicrystal structure is transformed into the approximate crystal structure.
