为了研究野生朝鲜碱茅的种质资源遗传多样性,利用ISSR分子标记对松嫩草地5个天然朝鲜碱茅居群进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明:平均多态位点百分率为63.94%,平均Nei基因多样性指数为0.216 7,平均Shannon基因多样性指数为0.330 2,居群内遗传多样性丰富,居群间存在遗传分化现象;利用UPGMA聚类分析,将5个朝鲜碱茅居群聚成两大类,通榆、乾安和大安聚成一组,安达和大庆聚成一组,呈现出一定的地理分布特征。
In order to study the genetic diversity of wild Korean elm soils, genetic diversity of five natural Korean elm populations in Songnen grassland was analyzed by ISSR molecular markers. The results showed that the average percentage of polymorphic loci was 63.94%, the average Nei gene diversity index was 0.216 7, the average Shannon gene diversity index was 0.330 2, the genetic diversity within the population was rich, and the genetic differentiation existed among the populations. UPGMA cluster analysis, the five Korean Mao Mao population clustered into two categories, Tongyu, dry security and Daan into a group, Anda and Daqing gathered together, showing a certain geographical distribution.
