我厂生产的液压汽车起重机回转支承(交叉滚子内齿式)滚道中心直径1020毫米;表面光洁度▽ 7;椭圆度0.05毫米;角度内齿圈90°±4′;上下圈42°±2′;滚道经表面淬火硬度HRC 55~60;深度3~5毫米。原加工工艺是:粗精车采用齐齐哈尔产C516A车床,车制后滚道经表面淬火,抛光后进行装配。这种工艺方法,因淬火变形,经抛光后虽然光洁度得到提高,但滚道的几何精度仍达不到设计要求。
