质量管理活动和企业绩效的关系问题是学术界和企业界一直关注的重点,但其结论尚未取得一致。本文以重庆市制造企业为样本,对此问题进行了实证分析。结论表明,我国制造企业质量管理活动主要有六个方面的内容:领导支持、员工参与、员工素质、统计控制、产品设计和流程管理。其中,领导支持、员工参与和流程管理对绩效存在显著的直接正向影响,而其它三者仅有间接作用。
The relationship between quality management activities and business performance has always been the focus of academic and business circles, but its conclusions have not yet been agreed. In this paper, Chongqing manufacturing enterprises as a sample, an empirical analysis of this issue. The conclusion shows that there are mainly six aspects in the quality management activities of manufacturing enterprises in our country: leadership support, staff participation, staff quality, statistical control, product design and process management. Among them, the leadership support, staff participation and process management have a significant direct positive impact on performance, while the other three have an indirect effect.
