2002年,中国股市继续发展,同时强化监管、落实规范化建设应该是这一年的主题内容.由此,一方面需要确立以市场经济规则为基点的规范化标准;另一方面,需要对许多不规范现象进行"治理",以推进股市发展.为此,2002年我们应该着重解决好以下几方面问题:
