在高速滑动电接触过程中,接触表面会产生焦耳热、电弧等电气现象,导致接触温度发生突变,而温度是接触材料的导电性能及磨擦磨损的重要影响因素之一。提出了一种瞬态高温测量方法,用于测量高速滑动接触瞬间产生的温度变化。基于红外辐射原理,考虑大电流条件下的强电磁场测量环境,设计了相应的测量系统,主要包括光纤测温探头、隔离模块和高速采集模块。用黑体炉对该系统进行了标定,在高速滑动试验机上对该系统性能进行了实验验证,结果表明,该系统可对600℃~2000℃温度范围进行非接触有效测量,精度高、响应时间短,适用于高速滑动电接触等特殊环境下的瞬态高温测量。
During the high-speed sliding electrical contact, contact surface will produce Joule heat, electric arc and other electrical phenomena, resulting in a sudden change in contact temperature, and the temperature is contact with the conductive material properties and friction and wear an important factor. A transient high temperature measurement method is proposed to measure the temperature change caused by high speed sliding contact. Based on the principle of infrared radiation and taking into account the strong electromagnetic field measurement environment under high current conditions, a corresponding measuring system is designed, including fiber optic temperature probe, isolation module and high-speed acquisition module. The system was calibrated with a black body furnace, and the system performance was verified on a high-speed sliding test machine. The results show that the system can effectively measure non-contact temperature from 600 ℃ to 2000 ℃ with high accuracy and short response time , Suitable for high-speed sliding electrical contact and other special circumstances of transient high temperature measurement.
