硫酸钠型激发剂对混凝土性能影响研究

本文探讨了激发剂Na_2SO_4、三乙醇胺、NaNO_2及三者复掺在混凝土中的应用研究。结果表明:少量的Na_2SO_4、三乙醇胺、NaNO_2均有利于提高混凝土坍落度及早期强度,但Na_2SO_4、NaNO_2复掺不利于混凝土后期强度的增长。而Na_2SO_4、三乙醇胺复掺既有利于提高混凝土早期强度,又有利于提高混凝土后期强度。适当比例的Na_2SO_4、三乙醇胺、NaNO_2标养条件下可以大幅度提高混凝土早期强度,负温下则可起到良好的防冻效果。 In this paper, the application of activator Na_2SO_4, triethanolamine, NaNO_2 and their combination in concrete are discussed. The results show that a small amount of Na_2SO_4, triethanolamine and NaNO_2 are beneficial to improve the slump and early strength of concrete. However, the addition of Na_2SO_4 and NaNO_2 is not conducive to the increase of concrete strength in the late stage. However, Na_2SO_4 and triethanolamine complex doping not only help improve the early strength of concrete, but also help to improve the strength of concrete in the later stage. Appropriate proportions of Na_2SO_4, triethanolamine and NaNO_2 can significantly improve the early strength of concrete, and can achieve good antifreeze effect under negative temperature.
