目的:探究民间将辛夷花皮子作为辛夷药材入药的合理性。方法:通过HPLC指纹图谱、测定木兰脂素含量和GC-MS联用计算峰重叠率的方法对辛夷花皮子与辛夷的粗提物和挥发油化学成分进行对比研究。结果:辛夷花皮子的粗提物和挥发油化学成分都与辛夷原药材有较高的相似性,但是指标成分含量略低于原药材。结论:辛夷花皮子作为辛夷药材入药有一定的合理性。 Objectives: To explore the rationality of folk medicine using Xinyi medicinal herbs as raw material of Xinyi medicinal herbs. Methods: The chemical constituents of crude extracts and volatile oil of Xinyi Huayi and Xinyi were compared by HPLC fingerprinting, determination of magnolyn and GC-MS. Results: The crude extract and volatile oil of Xinyi Huayi had higher similarity with that of Xinyi, but the contents of the index components were slightly lower than that of the original drug. Conclusion: Xinyi Huapi as a medicinal herbs Xinyi have some rationality.
