目的分析我院儿科重症监护病房(PICU)患儿的临床特点,为提高专科诊疗效果、降低病死率提供依据。方法检索2011年3月~2013年11月医院电子病案系统中PICU患儿资料,分析其疾病特点及死亡情况。结果 PICU收治的患儿患各种感染、恶性肿瘤和先天性疾病最为常见,而重症肺炎、急性白血病、先天性胆道闭锁是引起患儿死亡的主要原因。结论根据PICU原发病特点和死因顺位,做好病因预防工作,对于降低疾病发病率具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of children with pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) in our hospital and provide evidence for improving the effect of specialist diagnosis and treatment and reducing the mortality. Methods The data of children with PICU in the electronic medical record system of the hospital between March 2011 and November 2013 were searched, and the characteristics of the disease and the death status were analyzed. Results Children with PICU suffered from various infections, malignant tumors, and congenital diseases. The major causes of death were severe pneumonia, acute leukemia, and congenital biliary atresia. [Conclusion] According to the characteristics of primary disease and the cause of death of PICU, it is of great significance to reduce the incidence of disease.
