为了进一步探讨压力铸造过程中转向柱支架模具设计,对充型及浇注系统进行数值模拟。依据设计参数确定压铸机的型号,进行浇注系统设计,确定内浇道厚度为4 mm,宽度为12 mm;对浇注系统与溢流槽位置进行了优化;对浇注温度与缩松缩孔进行了分析。模拟结果表明,780℃为较合理的浇注温度,能够有效防冷隔缺陷的出现,即铸件出现的缩松较轻微,对铸件质量影响较小。
In order to further discuss the mold design of the steering column bracket during the pressure casting process, the filling and pouring system was numerically simulated. According to design parameters to determine the die casting machine model, pouring system design, to determine the gate thickness of 4 mm, a width of 12 mm; pouring system and overflow tank location was optimized; pouring temperature and shrinkage shrinkage were analysis. The simulation results show that 780 ℃ is a reasonable pouring temperature, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of cold insulation defects, that is, the shrinkage of the castings is slight and the impact on the castings quality is small.
