目的调查饮用水管网生物膜中弧菌的种群和数量,为控制弧菌相关疾病提供科学依据。方法采集中国东部某市饮用水管网生物膜样本13份,平皿计数法测定细菌菌落总数,硫代硫酸盐-柠檬酸盐-胆盐-蔗糖(TCBS)琼脂培养基分离培养弧菌,并用弧菌科细菌生化鉴定系统鉴定。结果 13份样本全部检出细菌,检出率为100%;弧菌检出率为53.85%(7/13);共鉴定海鱼弧菌、霍利斯弧菌和辛辛那提弧菌3种弧菌,检出率分别为30.77%(4/13)、23.08%(3/13)、7.69%(1/13);弧菌检出数达101 CFU/cm2~2.65×103 CFU/cm2。结论饮用水管网生物膜中存在大量弧菌,对人类健康有潜在的威胁。
Objective To investigate the population and population of vibrios in drinking water network biofilms and provide a scientific basis for controlling Vibrio related diseases. Methods Thirteen biofilm samples were collected from a drinking water network in a city of eastern China. The total number of bacterial colonies was determined by plate counting method. Vibrio was isolated and cultured with thiosulfate-citrate-bile salt-sucrose (TCBS) agar medium. Identification of bacteria bacteria biochemical identification system. Results All the 13 samples were detected with the detection rate of 100%. The detection rate of Vibrio was 53.85% (7/13). Three Vibrio species, Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio cholelis and Cincinnati were identified, The detection rate was 30.77% (4/13), 23.08% (3/13) and 7.69% (1/13), respectively. The detection rate of vibrio was 101 CFU / cm2 ~ 2.65 × 103 CFU / cm2. Conclusion There are a large number of vibrios in the drinking water network biofilm, which may pose a potential threat to human health.
