科学技术是第一生产力,而人才是科学知识的载体和科技创新的主体。就总体而言,目前各国的人才都不富裕,尤其是高新技术人才普遍短缺。同时,我国公用企业还面临着发达国家对人才的巧取豪夺和国内其他企业激烈竞争的双重压力。因此,我国公用企业必须从战略高度认识人才,从发展的角度谋划人才,全面实施人才工程,大力做好高素质人才的开发、培养和使用工作,为公用企业快速健康发展提供人才智利保障。
Science and technology are primary productive forces, and talent is the carrier of scientific knowledge and the subject of scientific and technological innovation. Overall, at present, none of the talent in various countries is rich, especially the shortage of high-tech professionals. At the same time, the public enterprises in our country are also facing the dual pressure of the developed countries on the merits of employing talent and fierce competition from other domestic enterprises. Therefore, public enterprises in our country must understand talent from a strategic perspective, plan their talents from the perspective of development, fully implement the project of talent cultivation, do a good job in the development, cultivation and use of highly qualified personnel, and provide Chilean personnel protection for the rapid and healthy development of public enterprises.
