小剂量丙戊酸镁联合帕利哌酮缓释片对精神分裂症患者神经营养因子水平的影响

目的研究探讨小剂量丙戊酸镁联合帕利哌酮缓释片对精神分裂症治疗疗效及脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(GDNF)水平的影响。方法以前瞻性分析的方法收集2018年2月~2020年2月期间玉林市退役军人医院收治的精神分裂症患者97例,并以随机数表法分为观察组(51例)和对照组(46例),对照组给予帕利哌酮缓释片治疗,观察组采用小剂量丙戊酸镁联合帕利哌酮缓释片治疗。对两组患者的临床疗效、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、血清学指标水平、社会行为能力评分、不良反应发生率等进行统计对比。结果观
