刮板输送机是普采、综采工作而的主要运煤设备,而滚筒是刮板输送机的动力传递部件,由电动机通过滚筒内孔的传动轴将动力传递给刮板链,最终带动刮板运煤。因此滚筒内孔加工质量的好坏将直接影响输送机的工作性能,这就对滚筒内孔的加工质量有了较高要求。为了满足铸造的工艺性要求,将机头滚筒铸造成两半滚筒,然后用螺栓联接在一起,再加工滚筒内孔,但爿惯上将机头滚筒称为半滚筒,本文仅就目前对半滚筒内孔加工的2种方法进行分析,指出其存在的不足。
