舞蹈作为一种历史的现实存在,其创作发展与文化密不可分,舞蹈创作若没有文化性的诉求,人为割裂肢体动作与其内在文化因素之间的本质联系,作品便会流于表面化,缺乏“精、气、神”。艺术创作不能摒弃文化的视角,仅从“舞蹈本体”的结构、动作、形式上作审美衡量的唯一标准,文化不仅是艺术创作的基石,不同时代的文化意识甚至因影响舞蹈创作发展的走向而对其具有导向性功能。舞蹈编导更应该本着高度的历史责任感,坚持努力创作出以蕴含社会思想内涵形态为标志的艺术精品。
