采用感应凝壳熔炼(ISM)法熔炼了Ti-48%Al-2%Cr-2%Nb合金,以静态浇注和离心浇注两种条件在金属型中浇注了汽车排气阀。通过分析阀体的成形情况,总结了浇注时功率对合金填充能力和铸件表面质量的影响规律。结果表明,ISM法熔铸TiAl基合金时,合金的线收缩量随浇注时功率的提高而增大,离心浇注可有效地抑制收缩,浇注时功率处于200至280kW范围内所得铸件表面质量较为理想。
The Ti-48% Al-2% Cr-2% Nb alloy was melted by the induction shell melting (ISM) method. The automobile exhaust valve was poured into the metal mold by static casting and centrifugal casting. By analyzing the forming of the valve body, the influence of the power on the filling ability of the alloy and the surface quality of the casting is summarized. The results show that when the ISM method is used to cast TiAl-based alloy, the wire shrinkage of the alloy increases with the increase of power during casting. Centrifugal casting can effectively suppress the shrinkage. The surface quality of castings with casting power of 200 to 280kW is ideal.
