目前国内会计人员就业难问题日益凸显。很多会计专业的毕业生反映找不到合适工作,或者工作不满意,甚至有很多转了行去做了别的工作。笔者发现,现在的招聘中,高级财会人员的职位需求很大,如首席财务官,财务总监、财务经理等,但这些职位对应聘者的工作年限要求至少在3年以上,有些甚至需要10年、15年以上,而且大多还需要有跨国企业或大型企业集团财务管理工作经验,针对应届毕业生的职位实在是“凤毛轔角”。
