为研究湖沥青(TLA)对微表处路用性能的影响,本文采用拌和试验、黏聚力试验以及室内加速加载试验,研究不同TLA掺配比例下微表处混合料的拌和时间、30min与60min黏聚力、抗滑性能以及抗剥落性能等。试验结果表明,随着TLA掺配比例的提高,微表处的拌和时间、黏聚力、抗滑性能以及抗剥落性能均得到有效提高;但过多的TLA掺量不利于交通的快速开放,同时TLA掺配比例的增加对黏聚力、抗滑性能以及抗剥落性能的提高具有边际递减效应。综合试验分析结果并考虑造价因素,推荐微表处混合料的TLA适宜掺配比例为改性乳化沥青质量的2%~3%。
In order to study the effect of lake asphalt (TLA) on the road performance of microtools, the mixing test, cohesion test and indoor accelerated loading test were conducted in this paper to study the mixing time, 60min cohesion, anti-skid performance and anti-spalling properties. The results showed that the mixing time, cohesion, anti-skidding performance and anti-spalling performance of micro-surfacing were all improved effectively with the increase of the blending proportion of TLA. However, too much dosage of TLA was not conducive to the rapid opening of traffic, At the same time, the increase of blending ratio of TLA has a marginal diminishing effect on the cohesion, skid resistance and anti-spalling performance. According to the results of the comprehensive test and considering the cost factors, it is recommended that the blending ratio of TLA in the micro-surfacing mixture is 2% -3% of the mass of the modified emulsified asphalt.
