采用ANSYS软件对锥形滑环组合密封进行有限元分析。分析了高压及超高压密封状态下动、静密封面的密封效果以及各密封部件的使用性能,解决了有限元分析过程中大应变问题和接触问题带来的收敛性差的技术难题和密封内压动态加载的技术难题。数值模拟结果表明,锥形滑环组合密封能够实现高压及超高压密封,且各密封部件工作状态良好。数值模拟工作为锥形滑环组合密封产品的开发提供了辅助。
ANSYS software was used to analyze the seal of tapered slip ring. The sealing effect of dynamic and static sealing covers under high pressure and ultrahigh pressure sealing conditions and the performance of sealing components are analyzed. The technical problems of large convergence and contact problems in finite element analysis are solved, Dynamic loading of technical problems. Numerical simulation results show that the tapered slip ring seal can achieve high pressure and ultrahigh pressure seal, and the sealing parts work well. The numerical simulation aids the development of tapered slip ring seal assemblies.
