[目的]了解新疆边远少数民族地区基层医务人员工作满意度水平,及不同群体特征存在的满意度差异,并研究其主要影响因素,为西部农村卫生事业的发展提供参考建议。[方法]以新疆墨玉县全部在岗医务人员为研究对象,采用JSS工作满意度调查表,以自填问卷的方式进行调查研究,通过单因素分析和多重线性回归分析,探讨少数民族地区基层医务人员工作满意度及影响因素。[结果]被调查对象的总体满意度为(114.618±11.403)分,单因素分析结果显示:不同机构、性别、学历、科室和培训机会的医务人员工作满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);根据多重线性回归分析结果,影响墨玉县医务人员满意度水平的主要影响因素为性别、年龄、教育水平、培训机会、科室、收入。[结论]墨玉县医务人员总体工作满意度水平不高。应构建科学、合理的薪酬分配体系,完善对基层医务人员的继续教育机制,以提高其工作满意度。
[Objective] To understand the level of job satisfaction of grassroots medical workers in remote ethnic minority areas in Xinjiang and the differences in satisfaction among different groups, and to study the main influencing factors to provide reference for the development of rural health in Western China. [Methods] Taking all on-the-job medical staffs in Moyu County of Xinjiang as the research object, using the questionnaire of JSS job satisfaction to carry out investigation and research by means of self-filling questionnaire, and through univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, to explore the basic medical services in ethnic minority areas Personnel job satisfaction and influencing factors. [Results] The overall satisfaction of the respondents was (114.618 ± 11.403) points. The results of univariate analysis showed that the differences of job satisfaction among medical staff with different institutions, sex, education background, department and training opportunities were statistically significant (P <0.05 ). According to the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the main influencing factors of the level of satisfaction of medical staff in Moyu County are gender, age, educational level, training opportunities, departments and income. [Conclusion] The overall job satisfaction of medical staffs in Moyu County is not high. A scientific and reasonable remuneration distribution system should be established to improve the continuing education system for grassroots medical personnel so as to enhance their job satisfaction.
