县城配网系统存在一些电网运行缺点:计划及故障停电时间较长,不能及时发现、处理事故隐患,用户电压波动范围较大,在停电故障发生后的故障点位置、故障原因、停电范围及大致恢复供电时间不能及时准确确定,对用户服务质量较差等。针对这些现象,本文研究了配电网络10kV电网故障自动隔离系统的性能分析、安装使用和推广等方面的问题。
