目的：探讨不同时期糖尿病肾病患者血浆内皮素水平的变化。方法：应用放免法测定１５例正常人及４５例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病肾病患者血浆内皮素水平。结果：糖尿病患者血浆内皮素水平显著高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１），早期糖尿病肾病组及临床期糖尿病肾病组血浆内皮素水平亦明显升高，且呈依次递增。结论：血浆内皮素水平增高能反映肾脏受损程度，在临床上可作为判断糖尿病肾病受损程度的指标之一。
Objective: To investigate the changes of plasma endothelin levels in patients with diabetic nephropathy at different stages. Methods: The levels of plasma endothelin in 15 normal subjects and 45 non-insulin dependent diabetic nephropathy patients were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: Plasma endothelin levels in diabetic patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.01). The levels of plasma endothelin in early diabetic nephropathy group and clinical diabetic nephropathy group were also significantly increased, followed by increasing in turn. Conclusion: Increased plasma endothelin level can reflect the degree of renal damage, which can be used as an index to judge the degree of diabetic nephropathy in clinic.
