临床上有不少非甲状腺疾病患者,血清中T_3、T_4水平有明显变化。近年来已有不少作者相继报道。我们检测了124例不同疾病患者血清中T_3、T_4水平,以探讨该变化的临床意义。1 对象和方法1.1 对象:所选病例均除外甲状腺疾病史,常规化验肝肾功能正常,并分别经CT、胃镜或骨髓细胞学及有关实验室检查确诊。脑卒中组34例,男20例,女14例,年龄37~69岁,其中脑出血23例,脑梗塞11例;胃癌组25例,男16例,女9例,年龄42~62岁;白血
There are many clinical non-thyroid disease patients, serum T 3, T 4 levels were significantly changed. In recent years, many authors have reported. We examined the serum T_3 and T_4 levels in 124 patients with different diseases to explore the clinical significance of this change. 1 Subjects and methods 1.1 Subjects: None of the selected cases had a history of thyroid disease, routine liver and kidney function tests were normal, and were diagnosed by CT, gastroscopy or bone marrow cytology and related laboratory tests.
