本研究对根据普通人运动测验成绩推测大腿股外肌肌纤维组成(快肌纤维面积百分比)的可能性进行了探讨。通过针剌活检法观察了10名普通男学生的肌纤维组成。运动测验内容为50米跑和12分钟跑。推测肌纤维组成的模型为回归方程式:Y=64.807×—52.42,此式是由与肌纤组成高度相关(r=0.763)的50米跑平均速度和12分钟跑平均速度之比(50mV/12miuV)建立的。实际测得的肌纤维组成与推测值之间的误差平均为7.5±4.0%最大为13.2%,最小为3.3%。误差在10%以上者可能是在12分钟跑时未尽全力。研究结果表明,这一方法是可以用来推测普通人股外肌的肌纤维组成的。
