为了考查武夷菌素对草莓白粉病的防治效果,中国农业科学院植物保护研究所进行了室内孢子萌发抑制试验及田间药效试验。室内孢子萌发抑制试验结果表明,武夷菌素能够抑制草莓白粉病菌孢子的萌发,其EC50值为9.5506微克/毫升,高于化学农药苯醚甲环唑的7.2518微克/毫升。田间药效试验结果表明,2%武夷菌素水剂对草莓白粉病具有良好的防治效果,其300倍液防治草莓白粉病的效果和10%苯醚甲环唑水
In order to examine the efficacy of Wuyiycin on strawberry powdery mildew, the Institute of Plant Protection, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences conducted an indoor spore germination inhibition test and a field efficacy test. The results of indoor spore germination inhibition test showed that Wuyixin could inhibit the spore germination of strawberry powdery mildew and its EC50 value was 9.5506 μg / ml, which was higher than 7.2518 μg / ml of the chemical pesticide difenoconazole.
