根据对我国氧化铝工业现状的分析 ,指出了我国氧化铝工业存在着供不应求 ,且随着电解铝工业的迅猛发展 ,氧化铝供需矛盾日益突出 ,靠新建氧化铝厂增加氧化铝产量不仅投资大、周期长 ,而且也不现实。为了解决氧化铝供需矛盾 ,作者提出了采用选矿并联法技术改造现行的混联法氧化铝厂 ,通过对选矿并联法新工艺的详细分析表明 ,采用选矿并联法技术改造现行的混联法氧化铝厂 ,在基本上不增加投资的前提下 ,可使国内现有混联法年增长氧化铝 60多万t,不仅可缓解国内氧化铝供需矛盾 ,而且具有明显的经济效益 ,因此选矿并联法是适宜于混联法氧化铝厂提产改造的新方法。
According to the analysis of the status quo of China’s alumina industry, pointed out that there is a shortage of alumina industry in our country, and with the rapid development of electrolytic aluminum industry, the contradiction between supply and demand of alumina has become increasingly prominent. Through the detailed analysis of the new process of ore dressing in parallel method, Under the premise of basically no increase in investment, the current domestic mixed-law annual growth of more than 600,000 tons of alumina will not only alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of domestic alumina, but also have obvious economic benefits. Therefore, Suitable for hybrid method alumina plant to raise the new method of transformation.
