网络上有可能暴发一场战争吗?美国国土安全部给出的答案是:很有可能,而且美国必须未雨绸缪,现在就开始准备打好这场战争。2006年2月6日至10日,美国国土安全部(DHS)国家网络安全局举行了美国历史上最大规模的网络战演习——“网络风暴”。据了解,此次演习是第一次由政府主导的全方位的大规模网络安全演习。9月12日,美国国土安全部公开发布了22页的演习总结报告。本刊特别约请国家计算机网络应急技术处理协调中心副主任陈明奇博士和姜鹏博士,对报告的内容进行了编译,全面展示此次“网络风暴”的详情细节,以飨读者。
Is there any possibility of a war on the Internet? The answer given by the Department of Homeland Security is: It is quite possible that the United States must take precautions and is now ready to fight this war. From 6 to 10 February 2006, the National Institute of Homeland Security of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) held the largest cyberwar exercise in the history of the United States, “Cyber Storm.” It is understood that this exercise is the first all-round large-scale cybersecurity exercise led by the government. On September 12, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security issued a 22-page summary of the exercises.
