我院于1989～1992年对68有颈淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌患者例进行了放射治疗前诱导化疗。并与同期有颈淋巴结转移的82例鼻咽癌作对照观察研究,报告如下。资料与方法一般资料本组162例伴颈淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌患者,均为初治病例,其中未能完成治疗计划(包括化放疗后失访)的12例,实际可评价的为150例,男87例,女63例,年龄分布76岁～16岁,平均42.37岁。化疗+放疗组(简
In our hospital from 1989 to 1992, 68 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with cervical lymph node metastasis were treated with pre-radiotherapy induction chemotherapy. And compared with 82 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with cervical lymph node metastasis in the same period as a control observation study, the report is as follows. Materials and Methods General Information The group of 162 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma with cervical lymph node metastasis were untreated cases, of which 12 cases failed to complete the treatment plan (including follow-up after chemotherapy), 150 cases were actually evaluated.
