【目的】污泥有机复合肥是污水处理过程中产生活性污泥的下游产品。检测有机肥对作物肥效和伤害作用。【方法】在室内分别种植了高羊茅、早熟禾、三叶草、万寿菊、小麦、油菜、菠菜和甜瓜8种不同的植物,设置了对照组和施肥量为2%、4%、6%、8%和10%五个处理组,并测定了不同施肥量下各种植物的株高、生物量、叶绿素含量、MDA含量、可溶性糖含量、细胞质膜相对电导率和SOD、POD和CAT活性。【结果】在施用该有机复合肥后,各种植物的生物量均有不同程度的提高;且在合理的施用范围内,该种有机肥不会对植物的生长发育造成不良的影响。【结论】活性污泥生产的有机复合肥可以应用于农业生产。
【Objective】 Sludge organic compound fertilizer is the downstream product of activated sludge in sewage treatment. Detect the effect of organic fertilizer on crop efficiency and injury. 【Method】 Eight kinds of plants including tall fescue, bluegrass, clover, marigold, wheat, rape, spinach and muskmelon were planted in the laboratory and the control groups were fertilized with 2%, 4%, 6% 8% and 10%. The plant height, biomass, chlorophyll content, MDA content, soluble sugar content, the relative conductivity of the plasma membrane and the activity of SOD, POD and CAT of different plants were measured. 【Result】 The results showed that the biomass of all kinds of plants increased to some extent after the application of the organic compound fertilizers; and within a reasonable range of application, the organic fertilizers would not adversely affect the growth and development of plants. 【Conclusion】 The organic compound fertilizer produced by activated sludge can be applied to agricultural production.
